A travel book is not an album with captions. It is the trip, given a spine.
Gather before you design
Photos, the original plan, a paragraph you wrote on the train, the name of the restaurant you would go back to.
Then choose a shape
One journey. One country. A decade. The object should match the story, not the printer’s template.
Paper is slow, which is why it lasts. The feed will not keep this winter for you.
When the book exists, the trip has a place to live that is not a pocket of your phone.
